Booking and questions
Contact and book an online consultation
Use the form to request a consultation time, ask a question, or check whether your situation suits this practice. Replies usually come within one to two working days.

Two ways to start, and what each one is good for
Email suits questions about a specific health situation, because you can describe the details in your own words and attach documents such as test results. The form suits booking, because it collects the times you can actually attend in one place. Short questions are welcome by either route.
Please avoid sending sensitive information you would not want sitting in an email inbox. If something is urgent or clearly medical, contact your doctor or emergency services rather than this practice.

Booking form
Request a consultation time
The form asks for your name, email, preferred times, and a short description of what you want to work on. The more specific the description, the more useful the first reply will be.
Sending the request does not commit you to a session. If you are unsure whether to book an initial or a follow-up consultation, say so in the description and you will be advised which fits better.
Before you write
A short note about your goal, your general location in Estonia, and any times that work is enough to get started. You do not need to prepare a medical history for the first message. If you are unsure whether nutrition counseling is the right step, ask that directly and you will get a straight answer.
What happens next
From your first message to the first plan
Requests are normally answered within one to two working days. If you have not heard back in that window, send a follow-up — messages occasionally land in spam. Once a time is agreed, you receive confirmation in writing with the exact notice period for moving or cancelling the session.
- You send the request with one or two times that suit you.
- You get a reply with a confirmed slot, or a question if something in the description needs clarifying first.
- The consultation runs online, in English, and covers the details you raised in the form or by email.
- The written plan follows, and you can move or cancel a later session free of charge with reasonable notice.
Rescheduling is free with reasonable notice, and cancellation follows the same rule. If you need to move a session, email as early as you can and alternative times will be offered.
Practical details before you send anything
Languages
Replies, consultations, and written plans are all in English. If you need an Estonian-language summary of a plan for a family member, mention it when you book so it can be arranged.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Moving a session is free with reasonable notice, and cancelling follows the same rule. The exact notice period is confirmed in writing when you book, so it is clear before you commit to a time.
Privacy and your data
What you send is used to arrange your consultation and nothing else. Details of what is stored, for how long, and how to request removal are set out in the privacy policy.

Questions that come up before booking
Do I need a doctor's referral to book an online consultation?
No referral is needed to send a request or to book. If your situation involves a diagnosed condition, medication, or recent test results, mention it in the description so the first reply can tell you whether this practice is the right place to start or whether your doctor should be involved first.
What should I include in the first message?
Your goal, your general location in Estonia, and one or two times that could work. That is enough to get moving. You do not need a full medical history, a food log, or measurements for the first message — those come up in the consultation itself if they are useful.
Can I send test results with my request?
Yes, and email is the better route for that since it handles attachments. Keep in mind that email inboxes are not a private clinical record — send only what you are comfortable sending that way, and avoid anything you would rather discuss in person.
How do I know whether I need an initial or a follow-up consultation?
If you are starting from scratch, choose the initial consultation. If you already have a plan from an earlier session and want it reviewed or adjusted, choose the follow-up. If neither sounds right, choose the option that says you are not sure, describe the situation, and you will be advised.
Is sending the form a commitment to a session?
No. A request is a request — it starts a conversation about timing and fit. You confirm a session only once a time has been agreed in writing, and the notice period for moving or cancelling it is stated at that point.
