Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of healthhabitsleepguidance.info and the online nutrition counseling services offered through it. By using the site or booking a consultation, you accept these terms.
Please read them before you book. They describe what the service is and what it is not, how bookings, fees and cancellations work, what we ask of you, and how disputes are handled.
Last updated 6 October 2026.
Nature of the service
Health Habit & Sleep Guidance offers nutrition counseling and nutritional therapy delivered online, in English. Sessions are conversation and planning: we look at what you eat, when you eat it, how you shop and cook, and what a realistic week looks like for you.
These are not medical services. We do not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical treatment of any kind. Nutrition counseling does not replace care from a physician, a clinical dietitian, or another qualified health professional. If you are under medical treatment, continue it exactly as prescribed and treat counseling as a separate, supporting conversation.
Where counseling stops
Symptoms, medication interactions, diagnosed conditions, pregnancy complications, and eating-disorder treatment belong with your doctor or a clinical specialist. If something you describe during a session points in that direction, the counselor will say so and recommend you take it further with your physician.
Session length and format are confirmed in writing at the time of booking, together with the fee. Nothing on this website is individual advice; it is general information about how the practice works.
Booking and payment
Consultations are booked through the form on this site, or by email to [email protected]. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation that states a time and the applicable fee.
How to book
Use the booking form on this site, or email the practice. Include the times of day that generally suit you so we can propose a slot without a long back-and-forth.
When it is confirmed
Only written confirmation with a time and a fee completes a booking. Until then, no appointment exists on either side.
How you pay
Payment is by bank transfer, or by card in person for local meetings in Tallinn. Online card payment is not offered on this site, and we never ask for card details over email.
Fees are stated before payment is made, so you always know the amount in advance. If a fee changes for future bookings, the new fee is quoted before you confirm, and it never applies retroactively to an appointment already confirmed.
The practice operates from Rüütli tn 14, 80011 Pärnu, Estonia. Reach us on +372 447 9231 Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Saturday consultations are available by appointment.
An appointment that is put in the diary early is far easier to move than one that is missed.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. The exact notice period is stated in the booking confirmation you receive, because it depends on the session length and the time you have reserved.
If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not give notice, the fee may not be refundable. That condition is set out in writing at the time of booking, before you pay anything, so there is no surprise later.
To move an appointment, write to [email protected] as soon as you know. Messages are answered Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; a message sent over the weekend is read on the next working day, and we take that into account when a cancellation is close to the session.
Your responsibilities
Counseling works from what you tell us. The clearer your information, the more useful the plan.
- Give accurate information about your health, medications, allergies, and eating habits, to the extent that it is relevant to the consultation. If something changes between sessions, say so at the next one.
- Seek medical advice for medical concerns. Do not rely on nutrition counseling for diagnosis or treatment, and do not change prescribed medication or treatment because of a session.
- Attend at the agreed time, from a place where you can talk freely. Online sessions need a stable connection; if the connection drops, we continue by a follow-up call or email.
- Use the plan as guidance, not as a rulebook. You decide what you eat; the counselor's job is to make that decision easier with practical options.
Intellectual property
Session notes, meal plans, shopping lists, and other materials prepared for you are for your personal use. Keep them, follow them, adapt them to your own kitchen. They may not be reproduced or distributed commercially, and they may not be handed to another practitioner as a template, without written permission from the practice.
The text, layout, and content of this website remain the property of the practice. You are welcome to link to public pages, quote short passages with a credit, and share the booking page with someone who needs it.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided with reasonable professional care. No specific health outcome is promised. Nutrition results depend on many things outside a counselor's control, and a plan that suits one person may not suit another.
To the extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for decisions you take on the basis of general information published on this site, or for how you apply a personal plan between sessions. This does not limit liability that Estonian law does not allow to be limited.
In plain terms
We give careful, evidence-based guidance. We cannot promise a particular result, and we cannot act as your doctor.
Privacy
How personal data is collected, stored, and used is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. It covers what you send through the booking form, what is discussed in a session, and how long notes are kept. Cookie use is described separately in the cookie policy.
If you would like access to the information held about you, or want it corrected or deleted, write to [email protected] and the request will be answered in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled by writing to the practice first are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are written in English, and that version is the one that applies.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the practice changes. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
If a change affects how a future booking is handled, it will be visible here before you confirm anything.
