Consultation fees, Estonia

Consultation fees for online nutrition counseling

Fees are listed per session, with no mandatory packages. You pay for the consultations you book, and you can stop at any point. The initial consultation costs more than a follow-up because it is longer and includes the written plan.

How the fees work

Every session is booked on its own, so the total bill follows your week

Nothing on this page is a subscription. You book the session you need, pay for that session, and decide afterwards whether another one makes sense. The fees below describe what the work actually involves, so you can tell which conversation fits your situation before you write to us.

Current amounts are held in the booking form and confirmed in writing before any payment is made. That keeps the number you see and the number you pay the same, even when session lengths change.

What the written plan is

One page you can put on the fridge: the meals that fit your week, the swaps that matter most, and the few things worth keeping an eye on. It arrives after the initial consultation, not during it.

Four kinds of session, priced separately

Amounts sit in the booking form. What follows is what each session is for, so you can pick the right one before you ask about the number.

Initial consultation

One long session, then the written plan

The longest session and the one that includes a review of your food diary, your health history and your goals, plus the personalized meal plan written up and sent afterwards. It is the right starting point whether you have one specific problem or a general sense that your eating needs attention. Book this first; everything else builds on it.

Longest session

Follow-up consultations

Shorter, booked one at a time

Shorter sessions focused on adjusting the plan rather than writing a new one. You book each one individually, so there is no schedule you have to keep to and no obligation to continue. Most clients need two to four of these and then stop. If your situation genuinely calls for more frequent contact, that gets said out loud rather than sold as a standing arrangement.

Usually 2 to 4 total

Food diary review only

Written feedback, no call

If you already have a plan from somewhere else and want an outside read on a few days of eating, this standalone review covers it. It suits people who do not want a full consultation but do have one specific question about their current routine. Send the days you want looked at; you get the answer in writing.

No appointment

Family or household sessions

Priced per household, quoted on booking

These run longer than an individual follow-up because the work covers a whole week of cooking for more than one person. They are quoted when you book rather than listed flat, since the length depends on how many people sit at the table. For households cooking one main meal a day, this tends to be the most practical route.

Quoted per household

Session lengths differ by type, so the fee differs too. If you are unsure which one to book, describe your situation in a message and you will be pointed at the right one before anything is scheduled.

Paying, invoicing, and what reaches your employer

Payment is by bank transfer using the details sent after booking, or by card in person if you are meeting locally. Online card payment is not processed on this site, so no payment details are ever entered here.

An invoice is issued for each consultation. That matters if your employer reimburses health-related costs, because the invoice is dated and describes the service on its own. Session fees are confirmed in writing before you pay anything.

What you receive

An invoice per consultation, and your confirmed fee in writing before any money moves.

Cancelling, moving a session, and the things we do not bill for

Rescheduling is free with reasonable notice

Cancellation follows the same rule

No fee

Short email clarifications between sessions

No fee

If something comes up unexpectedly, say so. The aim is not to penalize a bad week, and the exact notice period sits in your booking confirmation so there is never a guess about it.

Where the counseling stops

Some situations need a doctor or a clinical dietitian rather than nutrition counseling. If a session makes that clear, you will be told, and you will not be encouraged to book further sessions with this practice. Fees cover consultation time and written materials, nothing beyond that.

Need a second opinion on one question?

The standalone diary review exists for exactly that. Write down what you want looked at, send the days, and get the answer in writing without an appointment.

How a session is run

Questions about cost, payment and cancelling

Do I have to buy a package?

No. Sessions are booked individually and there is no minimum number. Most clients choose two to four sessions in total, then stop when the plan is holding on its own.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer after booking, with an invoice issued for each consultation. Card payment in person is possible for local meetings. Online card payment is not offered on this site.

Can I get an invoice for my employer?

Yes. Invoices are issued for each consultation, which suits employer reimbursement schemes. If your employer needs a specific detail on the invoice, mention it when you book and it can be included.

What if I need to cancel?

Rescheduling and cancellation are free with reasonable notice. The exact notice period is stated in your booking confirmation, so the rule you agreed to is the rule that applies.

Your next step

See current fees and book a time that fits your week

Booking takes a couple of minutes and asks only what is needed to prepare: what you want help with, and when you are usually free. If you would rather ask something first, that is welcome too, and asking costs nothing.
